    Power LED mod kit also works with AV Famicom

    I bought this kit expecting it to work with an AV Famicom, which I found that it does. The linked tutorial fully applies to the AV Famicom. Nice and affordable QoL improvement for the system, thanks!

    Not a con by any means, but two suggestions if you're like me and prefer to not drill holes in plastic if you can avoid it:
    1. Tape the LED into the cavity beneath the On/Off indicator text.
    2. Solder the red wire to the 9V pin (left leg) instead of the 5V pin (right leg) on the voltage regulator. I found the light to be too dim when using the 5V pin, but using the 9V pin made it easier to see.
